Jane James is an Admissions Coordinator at Avery Lane with over five years of experience in the field. She earned her B.S. in Biobehavioral Health from Pennsylvania State University Park and has worked with both adolescents and adults navigating mental health and addiction challenges. Drawing on her experience working directly with individuals at various stages of recovery, Jane understands the importance of creating a welcoming and supportive environment from the very first interaction. She is passionate about helping prospective clients feel safe, comfortable, and informed as they explore treatment options. Jane believes that a positive first experience can set the foundation for meaningful change and long-term success in recovery. She values honesty, motivation, and compassionate communication, and strives to ensure that every individual feels heard, respected, and supported throughout the admissions process.
